“We were booked at their hotel ‘across the street’, a run down cheap motel (@ $300 per night!) they own. The room smelled musty, the shower did not work. The cleaning was cursory, at best. Oh… and you have to specifically ask for toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc). The location is across the street from the beach, which is a plus. The kitchenette is nice and handy if choose to prep your own meals. If you have no expectations for quality lodgings at inflated prices, want to cook in meals,……

“not enuff space to give a thorough review just know that this resort is not as clean as pics online make it out to be our room was clean but the hallways and elevators definitely were not, dirty and smelled. The pools are dingy not clear and staff watching pools do not enforce rules as some pre teens and teenagers were horseplaying & a preteen girl got pushed in on top of me holding my 9 month old grand daughter knocking her head underwater, by the grace of God she was not seriously hurt but……

“Very unprofessional resort and drove 6 hours to get there and found out before we checked in, they said they canceled our reservation and tried contacting me, which I never received a phone call or anything and it was on the weekend of 4th of July! We could not find a place to stay till 2 am 30 miles away from pcb”

“Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“Well first surprise was long black curly hairs when I pulled back the sheets, got all that taken care of then tried to get on wi fi to look for places to eat but it didn’t work. Only took couple days to get that fixed, oh and elevators are terrible, sometimes they work but had to use the stairs a lot. Will never go back to this overpriced place.”

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people……
